Bea Cukai Mobile application offers a range of convenient features for users, making it easier than ever to interact with customs services.

• Shipment Tracking: Stay updated on the status of your packages by tracking them directly through the customs data center. Simply input the valid receipt/AWB number to access this service.
• Import Duty and Tax Calculator: This feature allows you to simulate and calculate import duties and taxes based on the latest regulations regarding shipment rules. Please note that the calculations provided are for simulation purposes and should not be used as a legal basis. The determination of import duties and taxes relies on the official assessment method.
• Exchange Rate Information: Get direct access to up-to-date exchange rate data from the Fiscal Policy Agency.
• New Features: Users with access to the User Portal can now track the status of import documents (PIB), export documents (PEB), manifests, TPB, and customs processes.
